Stockdale Capital Partners has named Christie Kong as General Manager of the new Campus at Horton, an adaptive reuse and urban mixed-use tech and life sciences campus in San Diego. Kong will lead property management operations at the project, slated for completion in the first quarter of 2023.

“Christie’s experience and well-rounded skill set across a variety of asset classes including life sciences, tech, retail and mixed-use will be instrumental to the successful launch and lease-up of our 10-acre innovation campus in the heart of San Diego’s urban core,” said Leo Divinsky, Stockdale’s director of asset management.

Kong brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield. “Having worked in San Diego for the majority of my career, I know how important Campus at Horton is for creating a destination for innovation in Downtown San Diego,” said Kong.
